How to use this product

Ready to use essential oil mix.  

Hydrate the skin on your legs with vegetable oil (or a neutral cream), then apply a few drops of LEGS around the ankles. Massage upwards towards your knees. Do this twice a day for up to 3 weeks, then take a break for 1 week. Repeat the treatment if necessary.

If you only need treatment occassionally, massage a few drops of LEGS around the ankles.

A little something about the ingredients
Cypress essential oil improves lymphatic drainage and blood circulation.


Rosemary (camphor) essential oil acts as a diuretic and decongests the blood vessels.


Juniper essential oil acts as a diuretic facilitating lymphatic drainage.
Mint essential oil relieves pain as it anaesthetic effect. It also provides a cooling effect.
Apricot oil tones, nourishes and hydrates dry skin. It is easily absorbed by the skin.
Vitamin E is anti-inflammatory and hydrates the skin. It also acts as an antioxidant which preserves oil based products.
